To submit a locate request via the internet, please click HERE. Here you can register to become an ITIC user. Just follow the easy steps below:

1. Click on the “ITIC” button
2. Click on the state you want to register for: “Hawaii”
3. Click on the “I Agree” button to accept terms and conditions
4. Enter your email address and phone number
5. Click on “Register”
